POWER SELLERS COLLEGE IS A BIG SCAM!!!
I also was scammed. The price was also $4500.
I started the course, got halfway through it. My so called mentors would call once a week. Our calls would be about 5 minutes. All they would do is comment on my projects I had done, and gave some suggestions.
I also would have little tests after each lesson. By my fourth call I was told their mentoring was done. They had completed their 4 calls. If I needed help I was allowed to call them.
Next thing I knew I got to lesson 17 and my phone start ringing from dropshippers ready to get me going in business. This also was going to cost money each month to sell their products, besides they would make a percentage off my sales plus a monthly payment to them. Well the smooth talking sales people from POWER SELLERS COLLEGE were smooth talkers in the beginning, and were desperate to get my money. I let myself be talked into using up a credit card for a downpayment and financing the rest, with monthly payments by signing a contract.
They couldn't get me fast enough to sign that contract to lock me in. All this course was teaching me Ebay's way of selling merchandise and actually selling on Ebay. $4500 for this? I could have gone right to Ebay and learned from them how to set up a business without going in debt.
Power Sellers College got $2000 from me and I quit paying them. Of course they gave my account right away to a collection agency. I couldn't afford the payments anymore. I had checked their working BBB rate at times.
It was F rated for quite awhile and now it's rated at A+. Isn't it amazing how they can get around changing their scores when they need too!! But then I learned that their BBB isn't the same as the actual Better Business Bureau as most of us know it. So lesson learned the hard way.
Don't answer phone calls, from people you don't know that are pushing you to buy something from them!!! MOST LIKELY IT'S A SCAM!!!
- Mentors calls were useless
